The Feuling Parts 8081 Hydraulic Tensioner Kit is designed for installing or replacing hydraulic cam chain tensioners on Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines using stock OE-style cams. This kit is intended for 2007-2017 Twin Cam applications, including 2006 Dyna models and 1999-2006 cam chest configurations equipped with conversion cams or conversion camplates. It provides the core sprockets, chains, spacers, and hydraulic tensioner assemblies required for a complete cam chain tensioner installation without a cam position sensor.
The kit supports a wide range of cam chest and oiling system combinations. It is designed to work with Feuling cam chest kits paired with conversion camshafts, Feuling conversion camplate oiling systems used with stock-style 1999-2006 camshafts, and conversion camshafts combined with factory, Screamin' Eagle, Delkron, or S&S oiling systems. This versatility makes the Feuling Parts 8081 a practical choice for engine builders and technicians working with mixed or upgraded Twin Cam components.
Included components are cam and crank sprockets, sprocket alignment spacers, inner and outer cam chains, and inner and outer hydraulic tensioner assemblies. The kit is made in the USA and is compatible with OE+ conversion camplate oiling systems, including Feuling OE+ part 0932-0094, Race Series part 0932-0072, and HP+ part 0932-0071. It also supports the Screamin' Eagle conversion camplate oiling system, OEM part 25284-11. Verify the camshaft and camplate configuration before installation, as this kit will not work with keyway camshafts.
