The Feuling Parts 8082 Hydraulic Tensioner Kit is designed for installing or replacing hydraulic cam chain tensioners on Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines using OE-style cams and a cam position sensor. This comprehensive kit supports stock 2007–2017 Twin Cam applications, including 2006 Dyna models, as well as 1999–2006 cam chest configurations equipped with conversion cams or conversion camplates. It provides the components needed for a reliable hydraulic tensioner upgrade or replacement in a variety of performance and factory-based engine combinations.
The kit includes cam and crank sprockets, sprocket alignment spacers, inner and outer cam chains, and inner and outer hydraulic tensioner assemblies. It is engineered to work with OE+ conversion camplate oiling systems, including Feuling OE+ part 0932-0094, Race Series part 0932-0072, and HP+ part 0932-0071. Compatibility also extends to the Screamin' Eagle conversion camplate oiling system, OEM part 25284-11. This design supports combinations using Feuling cam chest kits with conversion camshafts, Feuling conversion camplate oiling systems with stock-style 1999–2006 camshafts, and conversion camshafts paired with factory, Screamin' Eagle, Delkron, or S&S oiling systems.
