This comprehensive kit replaces the traditional mechanical cams and tensioners with a state-of-the-art hydraulic tensioner system, eliminating issues like wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaners. The result is a cleaner engine environment, improved oil pressure, and more consistent operation. The kit includes a high-volume oil pump, high-flow camplate, REAPER Series conversion camshafts, race series hydraulic roller lifters, quick-install adjustable pushrods, sprockets, hydraulic tensioners, pads, housings, chains, spacers, Timken bearings, gaskets, O-rings, hardware, ARP fasteners, washers, moly lube, and Loctite, all made in the USA. These components work together seamlessly to deliver an optimized engine setup with 25°-35° cooler engine temperatures, 15°-30° cooler oil temperatures, and 15 to 30 pounds of oil pressure for enhanced durability and performance. This kit is compatible with 1999-2006 Twin Cam engines, utilizing the same inner cam journals as the '99-'06 models, thereby allowing installation of the '07-'16 camplates, oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners, and drive system, including sprockets, chains, and spacers. Please note that this kit does not fit '06 Dyna models.
