Valve Spring Kit - TI Retainers - For 5/16" Valve Stem - Twin Cam

Upgrade your motorcycle's valve train with the FEULING PARTS Valve Spring Kit, part number 1123, designed specifically for Twin Cam models. Crafted from heat-treated chromoly conical ovate wire, these springs are hand-measured and labeled based on their coil bing and required open height, ensuring optimal performance. The kit features a lightweight, smaller retainer made from steel or titanium, which reduces valve weight for quicker revs and smoother motion, providing a significant performance advantage on the track or street. These springs have been dyno proven and track tested to meet demanding performance standards.
Included in the kit are Econo BeeHive® valve springs, lightweight 7° steel or titanium retainers, machined heat-treated chromoly spring seats, seat shims, valve locks, and a set of premium Viton® valve seals equipped with spring-loaded valve stem wipers. The springs support up to 0.585 inches of lift with a seat lb / installed height of 183 lb @ 1.760 inches, 175 lb @ 1.785 inches, 172 lb @ 1.803 inches, 165 lb @ 1.825 inches, and 163 lb @ 1.835 inches, providing a balanced combination of strength and flexibility. The open height is up to 380 lb @ 1.250 inches, with coil bind occurring at 1.180 inches, ensuring reliable operation across various lifts.
This direct replacement kit requires no machining or rocker box clearance modifications for cams up to 0.574 inches lift on models from 1984 to 2004 Big Twin and 1986 to 2003 XL, as well as up to 0.585 inches lift for models from 2005 to 2017 Twin Cam. Made in the USA, these springs are engineered to improve engine responsiveness, reduce valve train weight, and enhance overall performance without sacrificing durability or reliability.
