The innovative Flare design incorporates raised “hips” along the outer edges of the shield to redirect airflow and add downforce to the front of the motorcycle. This can improve stability compared with riding with a stock windshield, particularly when riding at speed or in changing wind conditions. To help preserve the tint, finish, wax, and UV protection, clean the windshield only with gentle products such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which can damage the protective surface. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
