Upgrade your motorcycle’s protection and airflow with the Klock Werks Ice Kolor Flare Windshield, part number KWW-01-0638. Designed for 1996-2013 Harley-Davidson FLHT and FLHX models, this windshield combines functional aerodynamic shaping with a vibrant Orange Ice fluorescent edge. The distinctive Ice Kolor finish adds visual impact while the high-quality acrylic construction provides a durable replacement for the stock windshield.
The Flare Windshield features sculpted “hips” along the outer edges of the shield that redirect airflow to create additional downforce at the front of the motorcycle. This design is intended to improve stability compared with riding with a stock windshield. At the top, the Flare’s integrated “flip” redirects air upward and helps send it back as cleaner, less turbulent airflow for both the rider and passenger. The result is a more controlled airflow experience without sacrificing the distinctive styling associated with Klock Werks products.
This Klock Werks windshield is pre-drilled for convenient installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware, helping simplify the replacement process. It is made in the USA and built to provide a precise, practical fit for compatible Harley-Davidson touring applications. To protect the Orange Ice tint and surface coating, clean only with gentle products such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which can remove wax and UV protection. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s finish and performance.
