The outer “hips” of the Flare windshield are engineered to reroute airflow and add downforce to the front of the motorcycle, helping improve stability while riding. At the top, the integrated “flip” is designed to lift and direct air up and over the rider and passenger, creating cleaner, less turbulent airflow. This combination of features supports improved comfort and confidence during highway travel, touring, and everyday riding. The high-quality acrylic construction provides a durable, clear viewing surface while maintaining the distinctive Kolor Flare appearance.
This Klock Werks windshield is pre-drilled for straightforward installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware. It is made in the USA and designed to provide a direct, practical upgrade without requiring specialized mounting components. To protect the tint, finish, and UV coating, clean the windshield only with gentle products such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which may strip protective coatings. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
