Its innovative Flare design helps improve stability compared with riding with a stock windshield by redirecting air at the outer edges of the shield to create additional downforce at the front of the motorcycle.
The shaped upper flip is engineered to send airflow up and back, helping deliver cleaner, less turbulent air for both the rider and passenger. This KLOCK WERKS Kolor Flare Windshield is pre-drilled for straightforward installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware. It is made in the USA and designed as a direct-fit upgrade for compatible FLTRX and FLTRT applications. To help preserve the tint, finish, wax, and UV protection, clean the windshield only with a gentle product such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which can damage the coating. When dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
