The innovative Flare design incorporates raised “hips” along the outer edges of the shield to redirect airflow and help add downforce to the front of the motorcycle. To preserve the tint, coating and UV protection, clean the windshield only with a gentle product such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which may damage the surface. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
