Upgrade your motorcycle’s appearance and riding experience with the Klock Werks Kolor Flare Windshield, part number KWW-01-0698. Designed for 1996-2013 Harley-Davidson FLHT and FLHX models, this windshield combines functional airflow management with a vibrant green fluorescent edge that gives your bike a distinctive custom look. Its innovative Flare design helps improve stability compared with a stock windshield while providing enhanced wind protection for both the rider and passenger.
The outer-edge “hips” of the Flare windshield redirect airflow to create additional downforce at the front of the motorcycle. This design helps the bike feel more stable, especially during highway riding and changing wind conditions. The raised “flip” at the top of the shield is engineered to direct air up and back, helping deliver cleaner, less turbulent airflow over the rider and passenger. The result is a more comfortable ride without sacrificing the bold styling associated with Klock Werks accessories.
Made in the USA from high-quality acrylic, the Klock Werks Kolor Flare Windshield is pre-drilled for straightforward installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware. The green finish adds visual impact while maintaining the performance-focused design of the Flare series. To preserve the tint, finish, and UV protection, clean the windshield only with gentle products such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which can damage the coating. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
