The Klock Werks Pro-Touring Flare Windshield is designed for riders and passengers who want greater wind protection on extended trips without sacrificing a clean, stylish appearance around town. This wider, full-coverage windshield is engineered specifically for 2015-2025 FLTR motorcycle models and provides a practical upgrade over the stock windshield for touring and everyday riding. The Klock Werks Pro-Touring Flare combines functional aerodynamics with a distinctive profile that complements the motorcycle’s fairing and overall design.
The patented Flare design incorporates side “hips” that help redirect wind away from the rider and passenger while adding downforce to the front end. This can improve motorcycle stability compared with riding with the stock windshield, particularly during longer rides and changing wind conditions. A raised flip at the top of the windshield redirects airflow rearward as cleaner, less turbulent air, helping create a more comfortable riding environment for both the rider and passenger. The design was developed and tested in a wind tunnel to support dependable performance on the road.
Constructed from premium hard-coated polycarbonate, the Klock Werks windshield is made for enhanced safety, strength, and durability. It arrives predrilled for straightforward installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware, helping simplify replacement or upgrade projects. The windshield is made in the USA and finished in Dark Smoke for a bold appearance and effective coverage. To protect the tint and hard coating, clean only with a gentle product such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based cleaners, including Windex, which may remove wax and UV protection. If dish soap is used, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the finish and performance over time.
