The Pro-Touring Flare features integrated side “hips” that help redirect wind away from the rider and passenger while generating downforce at the motorcycle’s front end. A carefully shaped flip at the top redirects airflow back toward the rider and passenger as cleaner, less turbulent air, helping reduce buffeting and improve overall long-distance comfort. Constructed from premium hard-coated polycarbonate, the Klock Werks Pro-Touring Flare Windshield is engineered for safety, strength, and added durability. Each windshield is predrilled for straightforward installation using the motorcycle’s stock windshield hardware, making it a practical upgrade for touring-focused riders. This product is made in the USA and should be maintained with gentle cleaners, such as Shine Werks or mild soapy water, to help preserve the tint and protective coating. Avoid harsh ammonia, alcohol, and solvent-based products, including Windex, because they may remove wax and UV protection. When using dish soap, follow with a wax-based cleaner such as Shine Werks to help maintain the windshield’s appearance and performance.
