Crafted from aerospace-grade all-aluminum, these cylinders feature nickel-silicon-carbide (NSC) electroplated bores, which provide a smoother surface with less friction, resulting in increased horsepower, reduced engine temperatures, and extended engine lifespan. The no-sleeve design allows for larger bore sizes, making it an ideal choice for performance enthusiasts seeking maximum power gains. The kit includes a pair of all-aluminum NSC-coated bore cylinders, custom forged pistons with high-tension rings tailored for NSC cylinders, wrist pins, circlips, and a head/base gasket set, all manufactured in the USA. Installation will require case boring, which is not recommended on OEM cases from 1995 or earlier, and some applications may necessitate a 4-5/8 inch stroke crank for optimal performance.
