The S&S Cycle 31-6200 uses a universal-style layout with multiple oil feed and return options, giving builders greater flexibility when configuring customized oiling systems. It accepts 3/8-inch rubber oil lines and includes the essential hardware for assembly, including mounting bolts, supply and return gears, a keyed drive shaft, keys, snap rings, check ball and spring, pressure relief valve and spring, release valve cover screws with O-rings, hose fittings, plugs, screws and gaskets. This comprehensive design helps simplify installation while supporting reliable oil circulation.
Made in the USA, this S&S Cycle oil pump kit is intended for riders, restorers and builders seeking dependable replacement components for classic Big Twin motorcycles. Certain 1973-1980 models may require case drilling during installation; use S&S Cycle drilling jig part number DS-197009, sold separately, where required. An oil pump rebuild kit is also available separately for service and maintenance needs. Verify model-year compatibility, oil line routing and installation requirements before beginning work.
