Upgrade your Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engine with the S&S Cycle 330-0016 509C Chain Drive Camshaft Kit. Designed to deliver strong low- and mid-range torque, this camshaft provides its strongest performance from approximately 1,000 to 4,500 RPM. The bolt-in design is engineered for engines with 88 cubic-inch displacement and stock compression ratios, making it a practical performance upgrade for compatible applications without requiring extensive engine modifications.
The S&S Cycle 330-0016 camshaft kit produces approximately 180 psi of cranking compression and does not require compression releases. Its lower lift profile allows installation in select stock 2006 engines with 96- to 106-cubic-inch configurations and stock valve springs. Cams for 2000-2006 Twin Cam models are intended for use with stock splined drive gears. Installation on 1999 Twin Cam engines requires a splined outer drive socket. S&S Cycle also recommends using an Andrews 4340 steel drive sprocket for the installation.
