The S&S Cycle 551C Chain Drive Camshaft Kit is designed for touring motorcycles with engines ranging from 96 to 106 CID and compression ratios from 9:1 to 9:9. This bolt-in cam set is suitable for stock or mildly modified applications, providing a practical upgrade for riders seeking stronger performance without extensive engine modifications. The camshaft profile is strongest from 1,000 to 4,000 rpm, helping improve throttle response and usable acceleration in everyday riding conditions.
