96" Sidewinder® Big Bore Stroker Engine Performance Kit

The S&S Cycle 96" Sidewinder Big Bore Stroker Kit is designed to enhance the performance of your Harley-Davidson Shovelhead engine. This comprehensive kit includes nearly everything necessary to upgrade a stock 74" or 80" Shovelhead engine to 93" or 96" displacement, providing increased power and torque for your motorcycle. The kit features high tensile, cast iron sidewinder cylinders with a 3.625" bore diameter, ensuring durability and reliable performance. Forged pistons come with wrist pins and rings, offering superior strength and longevity under demanding riding conditions. The assembly also includes a 4.5" or 4.625" stroke dynamically balanced S&S flywheel, complete with heavy-duty connecting rods and mainshafts, designed to deliver smooth power transfer and durability.
S&S stainless steel head bolts, along with head, base, and exhaust gaskets, ensure secure sealing and proper engine operation. The set also includes adjustable chromoly steel pushrods to fine-tune valve timing for optimal performance. An S&S heavy-duty top motor mount provides added stability to the engine assembly.
