This fully assembled flywheel features premium quality S&S® heavy-duty 7.659-inch connecting rods with full-width wrist pin ends, ensuring durability and performance under high RPM conditions. Precision-balanced to less than .0005-inch runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, this flywheel guarantees smooth operation and reliable performance for demanding applications. Its CNC-machined heat-treated steel forging construction provides 114% greater strength compared to late-style stock steel flywheels, making it suitable for high-performance gear drive cams. The only joints are where the 1.671-inch diameter crankpin is pressed into the flywheels, with pinion and sprocket shafts forged as part of the assembly, ensuring structural integrity and longevity.
