The S&S Cycle Flywheel (Part Number 320-0350) is designed for 96", 103", and 106" big bore engines with 110" or 117" setups, compatible with both stock and S&S pistons. This fully assembled flywheel features premium quality S&S heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods, which include full width wrist pin ends for enhanced durability and stability during high-performance riding. The assembly is dynamically balanced and trued to less than .0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, ensuring smooth operation at higher RPMs and compatibility with gear drive cams for increased performance. Manufactured from heat-treated, closed die steel forgings, these flywheels are 114% stronger than late-style stock steel flywheels, providing superior strength and longevity. The design incorporates forged pinion and sprocket shafts as an integral part of the flywheel, with the only joints occurring where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels. CNC-machined for precision, these flywheels are built to withstand demanding riding conditions and are made proudly in the USA, offering a reliable upgrade for touring and Dyna models from 2006 to 2017.
