Enhance your M8 engine with the S&S Cycle Power Pack 550G, designed specifically for 114" and 117" engine sizes with a 4.5" stroke. This bolt-in kit delivers a significant increase in power capacity, transforming your motorcycle's performance without requiring case modifications. Featuring an updated profile and a 4.32" bore, the kit incorporates forged pistons with an 11.0:1 compression ratio for improved efficiency and durability. The inclusion of an S&S oil pump and cam plate with a sleek blue anodized finish ensures reliable oil flow and robust operation. Passage plugs are removable for easy servicing, and independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest help optimize oil circulation, reducing wear and maintaining engine cleanliness. Debris screens in both scavenge pickups and a magnet in the cam chest work together to prevent debris from entering critical oil pathways, extending engine life. The kit also features increased oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenging sides, supporting high-performance applications. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure while the unit is installed, ensuring optimal lubrication under various conditions. Quickee pushrods, S&S premium tappets, and hard-anodized, black-coated tappet cuffs crafted from billet aluminum contribute to smooth operation and longevity.
