Crafted from forged pistons, the components ensure strength and longevity while maintaining precise tolerances for reliable operation. The kit includes an oil pump and cam plate, pushrods, tappets, and tappet cuffs, all engineered for high-performance applications. The oil pump and cam plate are precision machined from billet aluminum, with removable passage plugs for easy servicing and independent scavenge sections that improve oil flow and filtration. Debris screens in both scavenge pickups and a magnet in the camchest help prevent debris from entering the oil pump, contributing to engine longevity. The design delivers a 44% increase in supply side flow and a 58% increase on the scavenge side, promoting superior lubrication and cooling. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure once installed in the engine. The quickee pushrods are designed for rapid installation and adjustment. Hand-assembled tappets with close tolerances reduce valve train noise from start-up to shut-down and ensure low leak-down rates for consistent performance. The billet aluminum tappet cuffs feature a hard anodized black coating for durability and stability during high-lift and high-RPM conditions.
