Upgrade your motorcycle's performance with the S&S Cycle Power Pack 550G, designed for optimal oil management and engine durability. This bolt-in power pack features an updated profile and forged pistons, ensuring strength and reliability during high-performance riding. Made in the USA, it includes essential components such as an oil pump and cam plate, pushrods, tappets, tappet cuffs, a 550 camshaft, and valve springs, providing a comprehensive upgrade for your engine.
Constructed from precision-machined billet aluminum, the oil pump and cam plate offer removable passage plugs for easy servicing and feature independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and camchest. Debris screens in both scavenge pickups and a magnet in the camchest help prevent debris from entering the oil pump, extending engine life. The design increases oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenging sides, promoting better lubrication and cooling. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure once installed in the engine.
The quickee pushrods and S&S premium tappets with hard anodized, billet aluminum, black-coated tappet cuffs ensure tappet stability at high lift and high RPM scenarios. The included 550 camshaft is compatible with valve springs up to 0.605 inches lift and comes with top collars, keepers, valve seals, and bottom collars, with no case machining required. Valve springs are engineered to work seamlessly with the camshaft, ensuring optimal valve operation and engine performance. The wrinkle black finish with chrome pushrod tubes adds a stylish touch, making this Power Pack a high-performance and visually appealing upgrade for your motorcycle.
