The S&S Cycle Power Pack 550G is a high-performance upgrade designed for optimal engine efficiency and durability. Crafted in the USA, this bolt-on kit features updated fins that enhance heat dissipation and overall cooling performance. The package includes a precision-machined oil pump and cam plate made from billet aluminum, with removable passage plugs for easy servicing and maintenance. Independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and camchest, along with debris screens in both pickups, help keep your oil system clean and functioning at peak levels. An embedded magnet in the camchest further prevents debris from entering the oil pump, ensuring consistent oil flow and engine longevity. The flow rates are significantly increased, with a 44% boost on the supply side and a 58% increase on the scavenge side, promoting better lubrication and cooling during high-performance operation. The pressure relief valve is adjustable once installed, allowing fine-tuning of oil pressure to suit your specific riding needs.
