The 4.50-inch stroke big bore bolt-on kit increases displacement from 114 or 117 inches to 132 inches, significantly boosting power and torque for aggressive riding. Built with high-quality components, this package includes an S&S oil pump and cam plate, ensuring reliable lubrication and performance. Passage plugs are removable for easy servicing, and independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest facilitate efficient oil flow and maintenance. A debris screen in both scavenging pickups and a magnet in the cam chest help prevent debris from entering critical areas, protecting your engine's longevity. The system features increased oil flow capacity on both feed and scavenge sides, enhancing cooling and lubrication under demanding conditions. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows fine-tuning of oil pressure while the unit is installed in the engine, providing flexibility for different riding styles. The package comes with quickee pushrods and pushrod tubes, premium S&S tappets, and hard anodized, black-coated tappet cuffs made of billet aluminum, combining durability and precision. S&S valve springs support cams up to 0.605 inches lift and utilize a high-performance conical single wire spring design for reliable operation.
