Engine Case - Super Stock® - 3.500" - Evolution Big Twin

The S&S CYCLE Super Stock engine case, part number 31-0055, is designed for Evolution Big Twin motorcycles with a 3.5-inch bore. Crafted in the USA, this cylinder case is compatible with any stroke up to 5 inches and most stock-length connecting rods, providing versatile performance for custom builds and rebuilds. The case features a machined oil filter mounting on the front, allowing for easy installation and maintenance, and all races are line-honed for precise alignment, ensuring smooth operation and durability. The breather cavity is meticulously machined to optimize breather timing, which maximizes oil scavenging and enhances engine efficiency. This comprehensive kit includes all necessary hardware such as crankcase bolts, washers, nuts, cylinder mounting studs, and a timing hole plug, simplifying assembly and reducing downtime. Additionally, it comes with a magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, oil pressure switch, oil screen, spring and plug, and a sprocket shaft Timken® bearing assembly with oil seal, ensuring reliable operation from start-up. The pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, and oil pump drive shaft bushing are included for a complete rebuild solution. Machined for EFI fitment, this case offers compatibility with modern fuel injection systems, making it ideal for performance-oriented applications.
