We can laser engrave a derby cover. The engraving will remove the coating, leaving a raw aluminum design. These covers are made with die-cast construction with a domed design.
Custom Laser Derby Covers are available in Matte, Wrinkled, or Gloss Finish.

Upload your art:
1.) Vector artwork is always the best and easiest to work with, and yields the best results. (.AI .EPS .PDF etc)
2.) If you do NOT have vector artwork, we ask for a minimum of 300 dpi in a raster/jpg file. Anything less than this can result in a poor resolution and decrease the quality of the finished product.
3.) All artwork will be converted to a black and white format. Anything black in the artwork will be laser etched, exposing the metal beneath the coating. Anything white will not be etched, leaving the product's original coating.
Custom covers are non-returnable.
